Check Status on CIEM Order
When you placed your Custom IEM order you will receive an order confirmation email from orders@firaudio.com and it contains a link to track the status of your CIEM order.
If you can’t locate your order status link, please reach out to our customer service.
If you need your CIEMs faster than the standard build-time estimate, we have a Rush Processing option available. There are additional fees to prioritize your order in the production queue:
5 Business Day build – $199
3 Business Day Build – $399
The Rush Processing build-time starts from the day we receive usable ear impressions at the FiR Audio production lab. Contact customer service if you have any additional questions.
