RMA / Repair Request

If you are experiencing a sound issue, please take a moment to make sure the sound port on the canal stem is free of any debris. Secondly, if you are experiencing a sound issue on one side only, remove the cable from the IEMs and switch the left & right side and hook it up to see if the sound issue switches sides. If it does switch sides, then the issue is in the cable not the IEM. Please submit an RMA and detail the cable issue. If its only the cable, you won’t need to send your IEMs in for repair.

If your RMA is regarding a sound issue, you MUST include the cable when shipping the IEMs for repair.
